how to create a invisible folder

hi frnds,i am gonna tell u how to make a invisible folder in any of microsoft windows.
so,first of all goto place where u want to make it.if u have suggested,then right click and select "new folder".it will show u a new folder.Then goto its properties and goto "rename"option.Then in the rename box there u write"just press"alt"and type "0160".And u have done with this,ur folder will without name then goto "change icon "option and find the icon that icon is bland find it,if u have found then select it and press ok and u have done the folder will disappear ,,,,but when u find it by selecting all the desktop"means that like blue and select " u
